Note: The procedure of access to documents relating to trademarks is regulated by Article 13 of the Trademark Law ("Official Gazette", No. 53/10), and accordingly, information on trademarks on which the Institute for Intellectual Property keeps official records do not fall under the information in terms of the provisions of the Law on Free Access to Information.
