Notice of Professional Exam for Industrial Property Protection Representatives

Mostar, October 25, 2023 - Institute for Intellectual Property of Bosnia and Herzegovina announces that the written and oral part of the professional exam for industrial property protection representatives will be held in Mostar on January 30th, 2024, beginning at 9 a.m.

Those interested are invited to file their applications for professional exam by November 15th, 2023 to the Institute for Intellectual Property of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kneza Domagoja bb, 88000 Mostar.

Application for professional exam is submitted in writing and includes: name and surname, occupation and address of the applicant (preferably also contact telephone, fax or e-mail) and applicant's personal ID number, proof of university degree (certified copy of diploma), indication of professional exam (for patent or trademark representative) for which application is filed.

In order to apply for the exam, applicant pays an administrative fee in the amount of 200,00 BAM and a special procedural charges of 400,00 BAM. Evidence of payment shall be submitted no later than the exam entry. Institute for Intellectual Property of Bosnia and Herzegovina delivers to candidates an instruction on how to pay the administrative fee and special procedural charges.

Exam for industrial property protection representatives is conducted in accordance with the Rulebook on Professional Exam for Industrial Property Protection Representatives (Official Gazette of BiH, 22/11, 14/13, 36/16 and 12/20). Rulebook is available on Institute's website: www.ipr.gov.ba.
