On Amendments to the Law on Industrial Property in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Article 1

In BiH Law on Industrial Property (BiH Official Gazette”, no.3/02) in the Article 66 “International Patent Application Filed with the Institute as the Designated or Elected Office”,  paragraph 1, line 4, the number “24” shall be replaced by the number “34”.

Article 2

Entry into force and application of the Law

1.                         This Law shall enter into force on the eight day following its publication in the “Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina” and shall be effective within the period of six months from the day of entry into force of this Law.

2.                         The Law shall be published in official gazettes of the Entities and Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
