On the basis of Article 61 paragraph 2 of the Law on Administration (“BiH Official Gazette” on 32/02) and Article 5 of the Law on the Treasury of BiH Institutions (“BiH Official Gazette” no.27/00), and concerning Article 1 of the Law on Amending of the Law on Administrative Fees (“BiH Official Gazette”, no.43/04), the Minister of Finance and Treasury passes the

ORDER

ON PAID-IN ACCOUNTS FOR ADMINISTRATIVE FEES

This Order regulates modalities of payment for administrative fees which shall be paid in accordance with provisions of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Administrative fees (“BiH Official Gazette” no. 43/04).

Paid-in account under the Item one of this Order belongs to the Unique Treasury’s Account (JRT) opened with Central profit bank d.d. Sarajevo under the name JRT Trezor BiH-Takse, broj 1291011000570718.

Sections refer to payment of public incomes should be filled in the way as follows:

Section 1: The number of taxpayer- should consist the personal number if the payment is performing by physical person or thirteen digits identification number of the legal person if the payment is performing by legal person.

Section 2: Type of payment –for each payment should be '0'

Section 3: Type of income-must be filled with information on the type of income for which the payment is performing

Section 4: Municipality – should have the code number of the municipality

Section 5: Tax period –should correspond to the date of payment

Section 6: Budget organization – to be filled with number '9'

Section 7: Reference number –filled with number '0'

This Order enters into the force on the day of its adoption and shall be published in “BiH Official Gazette”, official gazettes of entities and BiH Brcko District Official Gazette.
