On the basis of Article 11 and 156 of the BiH Law on Industrial property („BiH Official Gazette, no. 3/02”), the Acting Director of the BiH Institute for Standards, Measurement and Intellectual Property passes a

DECISION

ON AMENDING OF THE BOOK RULES FOR PATENT GRANT

Article 1

Article 23 of the Book of Rules on patent grant shall be amended by paragraph 3 that reads: The Institute may, prior the announcement on registration of the patent, inform the third persons on the following:

a) registration number of the patent

b) date of patent application submission and if the priority right was requested before the date, state and number of the priority right application;

c) data on applicant;

d) the title of the invention

Article 2

This Amendment to the Book of Rules enters into force on eight day from its publishing in “BiH Official Gazette” and shall be published in official gazettes of entities and BiH Brcko District Official Gazette as well.
