1. CONVENTION ESTABLISHING THE WORLD INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ORGANIZATION – WIPO CONVENTION

(14. July 1967, amended on 2 October 1979) – 1 March 1992 – the text of the Convention is not published in BiH Official Gazette. BiH’s taking over of the Convention is regulated by the Law on taking over and implementation of the Federal laws which are implemented in Bosnia and Herzegovina as the Republic laws (“RBiH Official Gazette” no. 2/92 and 13/94). The membership on the basis of joining.

2. PARIS CONVENTION FOR THE PROTECTION OF INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

3. MADRID AGREEMENT CONCERNING THE INTERNATIO0NAL REGISTRATION OF MARKS
